Future Study Plans
The major piece of work is to construct family groups, this work is often done in response to requests for assistance from fellow researchers.  Many hours are spent following up various leads to piece together a family tree and perhaps prove a connection to another Hagger branch.  We have currently 180 family groups in various stages of construction, some with just a few members to others with over 100.

What can you do?

If you are a researching a Hagg*r family and have some data then we would like you to share it with us.  We are particularly interested in the following:

·
BDM Certificates – we can then cross reference to  the index information we already have
·

·
Parish register information – perhaps you have or could complete an extract of Hagg*r data from a particular register
·

·
Armed service information
·

·
Cemetery records and monumental inscriptions
·

·
Wills – full text is best but any information appreciated
·

·
Photographs
·

·
In fact almost any Hagg*r information is useful

Whilst data in any format is appreciated it is most useful if it is in an Excel format and we can provide you with a Excel spreadsheet for the various types of data.  Please email Peter Hagger and he will agree with you how best to supply the data you have available.

Perhaps you are willing to collect data especially to input to the study, in which case please contact Peter to discuss how you can help.

To date most of our data has been UK based however we are interested in collecting data to do with Hagg*r’s from all over the world.
